Installing your eSIM

Install your eSIM Israel in about two minutes. Do it on Wi-Fi before you travel — the eSIM stays inactive until you land, so nothing starts too early.

On iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings › Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. 2Tap “Add eSIM”, then “Use QR Code”.
  3. 3Scan the QR code from your confirmation email.
  4. 4Follow the prompts and label the line “Israel”.
  5. 5Choose your home line for calls, and the Israel line for data once you arrive.

On Android (Samsung, Pixel…)

  1. 1Open Settings › Connections › SIM manager (or Network & Internet › SIMs).
  2. 2Tap “Add eSIM” / “Add mobile plan”.
  3. 3Scan the QR code from your confirmation email.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to download the profile.
  5. 5Name the line “Israel” and turn it on.

Can't scan the QR?

  1. 1Choose “Enter details manually” on your phone.
  2. 2Copy the activation code (LPA) from your email and paste it.
  3. 3The rest of the steps are identical.

Tip: install before departure on Wi-Fi. Your data plan only starts on the date you chose (or on first use in Israel).
