Getting your data to work

Installed the eSIM but no internet? Three quick checks fix almost every case.

1 · Use the Israel line for data

  1. 1iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Cellular Data → select the Israel line.
  2. 2Android: Settings › SIM manager → set the Israel line for Mobile data.

2 · Turn on data roaming for that line

  1. 1The Israel eSIM roams on local networks, so roaming must be ON for it.
  2. 2iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Israel line › Data Roaming → On.
  3. 3Android: Settings › SIMs › Israel line › Roaming → On.

3 · Set the APN (only if still no data)

  1. 1Set the Access Point Name (APN) of the Israel line to: internet
  2. 2iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Israel line › Cellular Data Network › APN = internet.
  3. 3Android: Settings › Connections › Mobile networks › Access Point Names → add/edit → APN = internet, then select it.
  4. 4Turn Airplane mode on and off, or restart the phone.
