🛑 Before Starting:

If you have previously installed the eSIM Israel on your device and have not removed it, you don’t need to scan the QR code again. Simply reactivate it in Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.

➡️ IMPORTANT: Once the installation process begins, do not interrupt it, as this could damage the eSIM. Reissuing it will cost $10.

💡 When and How to Activate My eSIM on Android?

​

1. The eSIM can be installed at any time, whether you’re in the USA 🇺🇸, Israel 🇮🇱, or elsewhere.

2. Ensure your device is connected to the internet. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and select Add an eSIM.

3. Installing the QR Code:

   • Choose Scan Operator QR Code and scan the code sent to you via email.

   • Follow the steps: press Add, wait for activation, and then click Continue.

4. Preferred SIM Settings:

   • In SIM Manager, rename the eSIM to "eSIM Israel."

   • Under Preferred SIMs:

     • In the USA 🇺🇸, set your primary SIM as default.

     • In Israel 🇮🇱, select "eSIM Israel" for calls, messages, and mobile data.

     • Do not enable Data Switching or Emergency Call Transfer.

🔼 IMPORTANT: Once installed, do not delete the eSIM Israel profile from your phone.

✅ Your Israeli plan is now ready to use.
However, it will only work if you are physically in Israel. If "Unknown Number" appears under the eSIM profile, this is normal. Your Israeli number is included in the initial email.

⏭️ When You Arrive in Israel 🇮🇱:

• Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.

• Deactivate your primary SIM (USA 🇺🇸) and activate the eSIM Israel.

• Your default line will switch to the Israeli plan for calls, SMS, and internet, eliminating any risk of roaming charges on your main SIM.
