Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using an eSIM Israel plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

eSIM Plans & Activation

All eSIM plans are delivered electronically via QR code. Plans activate upon scanning the QR code. Data validity begins upon activation.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund for unused plans from the date of purchase. Once a plan has been activated and data has been consumed, refunds are not available.

Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM-compatible before purchase.

eSIM Transfer

eSIM plans are locked to the device on which they are installed. They cannot be transferred to another device.

Service Availability

eSIM Israel provides services on best-effort networks in Israel. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all locations.

Fair Use Policy

Plans are for personal use only. Commercial resale of plan data is prohibited.

Liability

eSIM Israel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts.
