Coverage follows the population, not the map. Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa hold 5G throughout, and the coastal corridor between them rarely drops below fast 4G. Ben Gurion Airport is covered from the moment you land, which is why installing before departure matters. Eilat, the Dead Sea resorts and the main Negev roads are on 4G. The genuine gaps are deep desert — parts of the Ramon crater and the Judean Desert trails — so download offline maps before driving out.
