One of the biggest advantages of an eSIM is that it lives on your phone permanently. When your data runs low, or you return to Israel for another trip, you simply add a new plan to the eSIM you already have — no new QR code, no re-installation, and no repeat setup fee.
Topping up during your trip
- 1Log in to your account area.
- 2Choose a data top-up or a new plan for your existing eSIM.
- 3The new data is added to the same line — keep browsing without reinstalling anything.
Reusing your eSIM on a future trip
If you already installed the eSIM on a previous visit, you don't need to buy a new one. Reactivate it with a fresh plan and you skip the one-time eSIM setup fee — you only pay for the data plan itself.
Keep the eSIM installed
Don't delete the eSIM profile after your trip. Leaving it on your phone means your next visit is a one-tap reactivation instead of a fresh install.
When do you need a brand-new eSIM?
Only if you changed phones, factory-reset your device, or deleted the eSIM profile. In those cases you'll get a new QR code to install, then top up as usual.
